D'Ana Brooks

DNP, RN, CNL, Clinical Instructor

D’Ana Brooks is a clinical instructor at the University of Connecticut School of Nursing. She joined the faculty at the UConn School of Nursing in August 2023 bringing her diverse clinical experience and expertise. Her clinical focus includes medical-surgical, pulmonary, behavioral health, substance use management, oncology, safety and quality. Her scholarly work has had a pertinent focus on improving patient outcomes, nursing safety, and quality improvement. Brooks teaches across all settings including clinical, simulation labs, and courses at the undergraduate level.
