Undergraduate Program
Offered at the Storrs campus, the Bachelor of Science degree combines a liberal arts education with professional preparation in nursing. Upon successful completion of the program, students receive a bachelor’s degree and are eligible for examination for licensure (NCLEX) as registered nurses.
Certificate Entry into Nursing (CEIN) Program
Available at four, convenient UConn campuses – Avery Point, Stamford, Storrs, and Waterbury – our one-year accelerated degree program is designed for individuals who have already received a bachelor’s degree in another field and are interested in pursuing a career in nursing.
Online Graduate Programs
Our MS and Post-Master's Certificate programs prepare exceptional, skilled, visionary nurse leaders who synthesize best evidence and translate it into practice to advance health locally and globally.
DNP Program
Our Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program has two points of entry and is designed to serve nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, clinical nurse leaders, midwives, nurse anesthetists, administrators, and educators who are interested in a doctoral program focused on practice and leadership.
Ph.D. Program
Our Ph.D. program has a deep commitment to theory, philosophy, and research — quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods. This multifaceted approach is unique in the world of doctoral nursing programs.
