Eleven years of med surg experience as a clinical resource leader/assistant nurse manager, staff nurse, and travel nurse. Enthusiastic clinical instructor, focused on providing evidence-based practice and improving critical thinking skills for all students. Fostering a hands-on learning experience and helping students excel to become confident nurses.
