CCNE Commission on Collegiate Nursing Edu Image 2024

The University of Connecticut School of Nursing will host a Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accreditation site visit for the baccalaureate, master’s, and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs and our postgraduate APRN certificate programs on February 26, 27 and 28, 2025.

In accordance with its Procedures for Accreditation of Baccalaureate and Graduate Nursing Programs, CCNE provides the opportunity for program constituents and other interested parties to submit, in writing, comments concerning the program's qualifications for accreditation.  Written constituent or third-party comments must be received by CCNE 21 days (February 5, 2025) before the scheduled on-site evaluation.

Third-party comments should relate to the CCNE Standards for Accreditation of Baccalaureate and Graduate Nursing Programs (2024).  Comments are shared only with the CCNE evaluation team appointed to review UConn nursing program.

Your feedback is valued and appreciated.

Please submit comments to CCNE at thirdpartycomments@ccneaccreditation.org.
